for a period no longer than until you withdraw your consent or successfully lodge an objection to the processing;
WHERE THE CONTROLLER HAS CONCLUDED A CONTRACT WITH YOU:
for the purposes necessary for: the conclusion and performance of the contract, within the scope of the data provided for invoicing, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO; the performance of the Administrator’s statutory obligations arising in particular from tax and accounting regulations, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO; and securing or pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract, i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO,
for the duration of the contract, and after the expiry of the contract period, for the period necessary to secure or assert possible claims vested in the parties to the contract and the period required by law as necessary to keep business records;
Your personal data may be transferred to or accessed by: entities providing: email hosting services and entities owning the servers
entities which own the servers on which the personal data is stored;
You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal;
You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;
